For many years, Floor to Ceiling Carpet One has hosted an annual golf tournament for clients and suppliers — a favorite tradition of our former President, Brian Dunford, who cherished the game of golf and the meaningful connections it fostered. Since his passing, the event has transformed into the Brian Dunford Memorial Golf Tournament, continuing his legacy while bringing people together in his honor and supporting charitable causes close to our hearts.
Brian Dunford Memorial Golf Tournament
Started in 2024, the Brian Dunford Memorial Golf Tournament brings together clients, suppliers, employees, and others in memory of Brian Dunford, with the ultimate goal of raising money for cancer research, hospice care, and other local charities close to Brian and his family. Brian worked at Floor to Ceiling Carpet One for nearly 18 years, starting on the sales floor, moving up to sales manager, and eventually serving as president.
He was known by colleagues and friends as a kind, stoic, empathetic, and easygoing person who always put others before himself.

Brian had a deep love for sports—especially golf—playing on courses throughout the region, in Las Vegas, and even in Scotland. His passion for the game and his compassion for others inspired the idea of using golf as a way to give back, particularly to support those fighting cancer.

Even with his love for golf, what truly stood out was his ability to make everyone feel welcome and bring laughter to any room, no matter who they were.
